Key Responsibilities:

- Keep accurate records and escalate complex matters as necessary.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
