Reports to: Chef de Partie

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to aid in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and excellence in our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to specified standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow detailed recipes to ensure portion control and accuracy.
• Assist in the storage and rotation of stock.
• Comply with all food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.

Requirements:

• SSCE / OND (culinary training is a plus).
