Job Description
Platinum Eko Homes is in search of a dedicated Operations Supervisor for our luxury serviced apartments located in Lagos. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills, along with excellent communication capabilities. Additionally, they should be adept at addressing operational challenges with innovative solutions.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, and should have prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
