Job Description
Apothems Nigeria Limited is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage our recruitment processes. This position requires collaboration with department heads to assess staffing requirements and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal applicant should possess strong managerial abilities and hold a minimum qualification of OND. This role is designed for interns or recent graduates, with no prior experience necessary.
