Job Description
Synergy Aesthetic Group is currently seeking a diligent and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various personal tasks. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Organizing meetings and recording minutes
- Handling correspondence and phone calls
- Arranging travel and logistics
- Maintaining filing systems and preparing reports
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications: A minimum of SSCE and strong communication skills are required.
