Job Description
The Advancement Place is currently in search of a responsible and dedicated Hostel Master/Mistress to ensure the smooth operation of our student hostel located in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and protect the safety and well-being of students.
- Maintain discipline and uphold order within the hostel.
- Offer guidance on personal and academic matters.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper management of hostel facilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between school management and parents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: OND/NCE; a degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
