Job Description
Company: Pirotti Projects Limited, a leader in Real Estate Development and Construction located in Abuja, is currently seeking a skilled Facility Supervisor. The selected candidate will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our extensive estate.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in facility management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of engaging effectively with residents. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, addressing resident concerns, coordinating with the Facility Manager on strategic initiatives, conducting inspections to identify maintenance needs, and managing maintenance staff and contractors.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
