Job Description

Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited, a distinguished real estate company, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inspection Officer to enhance our expanding team. This field-based position is perfect for individuals with a keen interest in real estate, client service, and property scouting.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections with clients, identify and evaluate new properties, capture high-quality photographs and short promotional videos, and provide daily reports to the office (a company car will be provided for inspections).

Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong driving skills, reside within the Ikota–Ajah area, and hold an OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline. Excellent communication skills are essential.
