Job Description
Shurefire Global Link Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated and personable Customer Support Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional experience for customers and merchants on our digital platform for building materials and services. Your key responsibilities will involve responding to customer inquiries, assisting with merchant onboarding, effectively managing complaints, and fostering a positive user experience.
Applicants should possess a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with excellent communication skills. While previous experience in customer support is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
