Job Description
Flinx Realty, a leading real estate company located in Lekki, is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Facility Manager. This role is vital in supporting the Facility Manager with the daily operations, safety, and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties throughout Lagos.
Key responsibilities include vendor coordination, maintenance planning assistance, expense monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in facility or property management, excellent organizational skills, and a fundamental understanding of building systems.
