Job Description
Join the expanding team at Xuriel Resources Limited, a dynamic skincare brand, in the capacity of Customer Experience Assistant. This remote position is exclusively available to residents of Southwestern Nigeria, offering a competitive salary between ₦50,00 and ₦60,00 per month.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding support by addressing inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels. Responsibilities include managing orders, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating closely with our marketing team to elevate overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Communications or Business, along with 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience. A passion for skincare products would be an added advantage.
