Job Description

Pere Castle Consultants is seeking a qualified HR Executive in Lagos for a full-time role within the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sector. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00. Ideal candidates should hold a minimum of an HND and possess at least 3 years of mid-level HR/Admin experience.

Key responsibilities include managing performance evaluations, overseeing talent acquisition, developing training initiatives, administering compensation and benefits, and fostering employee relations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
