Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture is seeking suitable applicants for the position of Chef at our Headquarters in Ibadan.
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Location: Ibadan
Closing Date: 27 September 2024
Duties:
- Mentor kitchen assistants and interns.
- Manage section stock and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the sous chef for daily specials.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure quality food preparation with the shift supervisor.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Hospitality and Management or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
