Job Description
Work Evolve Limited is on the lookout for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to effectively align our HR strategies with overarching business objectives. This full-time position is located in Lagos and offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 600,00 to 900,00, with negotiable terms based on experience.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager capacity. Key responsibilities encompass talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
