Job Description
Optimum Exposures Limited, Africa’s premier innovative communications company, is looking for a committed Account Executive to enhance our dynamic team in Lagos. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate invoices, ensuring precise matching with purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute timely payments via bank transfers or checks.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor records and address inquiries promptly.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
- Uphold compliance with financial controls and policies.
- Assist managers with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess an HND/Bachelor’s Degree and have 3-6 years of relevant experience.
