Job Description
BON Hotels International West Africa is in search of a dynamic General Manager to lead our operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: Lead hotel staff to achieve operational excellence, devise strategies for revenue enhancement, ensure top-notch guest service, manage financial performance, and enforce hotel policies.
Requirements: Candidates must possess hospitality industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and financial management expertise.
Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₦700,00.00 – ₦900,00.00 per month
