Job Description
Roki Foods Ltd is actively seeking a skilled and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Lagos operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily business activities, manage staff performance, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient daily branch operations.
- Supervise staff performance and enforce company policies.
- Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Prepare performance reports for head office review.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Train and inspire staff members.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications: A minimum of HND with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
