Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Manager in the Human Resources/Administration Department. This role is vital for the efficient execution of HR and administrative functions.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Apply strong marketing skills to support HR objectives.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Play a key role in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs.
- Support performance management activities.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy.
