Job Description
WTW is currently seeking a Client Account Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating insurance documentation, handling claims, and supporting business development initiatives. This position requires strong collaboration with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Include preparing contracts, issuing billing notices, overseeing policy renewals, verifying claims, and maintaining well-organized documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or Business Administration is preferred, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
