Job Description

Checkoff Finance is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to promote and sell our loan products via phone. In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate daily outbound calls to maximize lead conversion.
• Ensure accurate customer data management in our CRM and diligently follow up on leads.
• Effectively upsell and cross-sell our loan products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and retention.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance onboarding and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of HND/B.Sc., with completed NYSC.
• Proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with technology.

Salary: ₦80,00/month plus commission and benefits.
