Job Description

Wisville Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated Storekeeper to aid our school administration by diligently maintaining precise inventory and bookkeeping records. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with district policies, apply sound accounting principles, and prepare essential financial reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurate bookkeeping and effective inventory management.
• Preparation of financial reports and year-end statements.
• Managing the general ledger and performing bank reconciliations.
• Training staff on financial procedures.
• Preparing budgets while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

• OND or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and management.
