Job Description
Unicorn Innovations Hills Limited is on the lookout for a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect to become an integral part of our team in Mushin, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and visually appealing structures while ensuring adherence to industry standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings.
- Create comprehensive blueprints using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and contractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and report on construction progress.
- Research and select appropriate materials for projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architect.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
