Job Description
TalentFlow Consulting is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Agents to become integral members of our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with inbound leads through online chat, market our digital products, and play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers via online chat to present our products and services effectively.
- Upsell products and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Establish trust through professional communication.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding support.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, a reliable home office setup, availability during weekdays and weekends, and at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
