Job Description
JV Management Consulting Limited is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become a part of our dynamic team in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and sales skills, paired with strong communication abilities and proficiency in social media.
Key Qualifications: A minimum of an OND/NCE; a degree is an advantage. A solid understanding of social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp, is crucial. Previous experience in retail or fashion is preferred.
Location: Ikeja, Allen Avenue. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (with one flexible day off). Working Hours: 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Salary: NGN 100,00 per month.
