Job Description
Located in Ikeja, TON Corporate Services, a rapidly expanding tech retail company, is looking for a dedicated Order Fulfillment Officer. This on-site role requires processing, packaging, and efficiently delivering customer orders from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor app orders and prepare items for delivery.
- Ensure timely dispatch with logistics partners.
- Handle returns, replacements, and tracking updates.
- Collaborate effectively with inventory and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proactive approach.
Compensation starts at ₦200,00.00 per month.
