Job Description
Helean Global Limited is a premier Human Resource Solution Provider located in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a Junior HR Officer to join our team in Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sourcing process and onboarding of factory workers.
- Create and manage salary files using Microsoft Excel.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and lead engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
- Manage HR documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and surrounding areas.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
