Job Description
IO Furniture is actively looking for a committed Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and financial aspects of our interior and construction endeavors. This position demands a strong technical background, excellent analytical abilities, and a proactive attitude towards risk and cost management.
Location: Lagos
Compensation: ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 per month
Reporting To: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assess tender documents and proposals.
- Track project expenses and report discrepancies.
- Assist in procurement processes and vendor negotiations.
- Generate valuations and progress claims.
Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design or construction.
