Job Description
Bossmeek Media is currently seeking a committed Incident Call Center Agent to serve as the initial point of contact for our customers facing service-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently managing incoming calls, delivering accurate information, and troubleshooting incidents to facilitate prompt resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a strong customer-focused attitude, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment. While previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory.
