Job Description
WorkEvolve is actively looking for a skilled Internal Auditor and Control professional to join our esteemed hospitality group in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will conduct comprehensive internal audits, ensure compliance with our policies, and provide strategic insights to enhance profitability while mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily internal audits across various departments.
- Evaluate adherence to company regulations.
- Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN or ACCA certification required.
- 2 to 5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software is essential.
