Job Description
The Borough Lagos is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Cashier to enhance our team. This position involves providing outstanding customer service, accurately handling transactions, and ensuring the checkout area remains clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them with inquiries.
- Process transactions efficiently using our POS system.
- Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
- Report any discrepancies in cash register balances.
Candidate Requirements:
- OND, HND, or a university degree in any field.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available flexibly.
