Job Description

YHM International Services is looking for a dedicated Facilities & Front Desk Lead to join our new headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This full-time position involves managing reception, overseeing visitor interactions, and coordinating facilities to maintain a professional atmosphere for both staff and guests. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, allocating office spaces, and facilitating repairs and utilities to ensure compliance with our brand standards.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Business Administration; a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or facilities coordination; excellent communication and organizational abilities; and proficiency in administrative software tools.
