Job Description

Kennedia Consulting is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Ibadan branch operations within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing staff, controlling risks, and enhancing customer service to ensure profitability and adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor performance metrics.
  • Ensure full compliance with banking regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with over 5 years of banking experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a management role with strong leadership skills.
