Job Description
The Advancement Place is currently seeking an articulate and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist. Serving as the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will be responsible for various front desk duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Job Summary: Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (S.S.C.E). Experience Level: Entry level; Experience Length: 1 year is preferred.
Responsibilities: You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations effectively, maintain accurate records, and ensure a tidy front desk area. Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and coordinate seamlessly with other departments.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
