Job Description
Food Concepts Plc invites you to become a Kitchen Supervisor, where you will oversee food preparation operations for over 10 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations, ensuring timely delivery 24/7. Your role will include enforcing food safety standards, training staff, and maintaining accurate documentation of processes in real-time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in centralized food preparation operations.
- A proven record of 95% or higher on-time delivery.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, HACCP guidelines, and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
