Job Description
ENEJ Supermarket, a leading retail establishment located in Lekki/Eleganza, Lagos, invites applications for the position of Operations Supervisor. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of N150,00, along with accommodation benefits.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales representatives, cashiers, and support staff, conducting performance assessments, and implementing strategies to minimize stock loss. Additionally, the successful candidate will handle customer interactions and ensure the store maintains an appealing atmosphere.
Applicants must hold an HND or B.Sc. Degree, with 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in the retail sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
