Job Description

Crimson Oak Partners, based in Gbagada, Lagos, is searching for a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and optimize daily functions in IT, Supply Chain, Production, and Facilities. This full-time, onsite role focuses on enhancing process efficiency, managing operational risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (HND/BSc) and have over 10 years of operations experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. An MBA will be considered an advantage. The monthly salary is set at ₦850,00, accompanied by attractive benefits.
