Job Description
Lafe’s Building & Properties Limited, a reputable construction company based in Ibadan, Oyo State, is looking to expand its team. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a full-time, on-site position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing cost control, conducting cost planning, and generating detailed reports. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS software is crucial for this role.
