Job Description
ETC Workforce Services Limited is looking for a proactive Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our fleet by sourcing additional trucks and drivers, while managing daily logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with truck owners and drivers to enhance our fleet.
- Establish and nurture relationships with transport partners.
- Oversee onboarding processes and compliance checks.
- Monitor fleet availability to support operations.
- Plan and track shipments effectively.
- Ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Experience in fleet management and logistics operations.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
