The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience with various woodworking techniques and tools. Key responsibilities include crafting wood products, constructing furniture using hand tools, and operating CNC machinery. A high school diploma is required, along with strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
