Job Description
Sweet Senses Collection is on the hunt for a Shop Manager to lead our gift store in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the gifting industry, coupled with a proactive mindset and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for optimal efficiency, manage inventory and restocking procedures, hire, train, and supervise staff, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and develop innovative strategies to draw in customers.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher, a minimum of 5 years of management experience, and proven expertise in the gifting sector are required. Candidates should also possess strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
