Job Description
Residency Hotel is in search of a seasoned Mall Manager to lead our new mall in Guzape, Abuja. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in management, customer service, and sales & marketing, along with a successful history in the management sector.
Key Requirements:
- Up to 10 years of experience in sales and customer service management.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience preferred.
- A minimum of an HND degree is required.
- Oversee mall operations, ensuring no revenue leakages or theft.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
