Job Description
XurielHQ is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Partnership and Fundraising to spearhead our initiatives in Ibadan, Oyo State. This pivotal role involves developing our strategic vision, forging meaningful partnerships with donors and corporate entities, and leading our fundraising efforts. In addition, you will manage program implementation and mentor a high-performing team.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Development or a related field, along with 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience. A proven track record in fundraising and partnership management is essential, complemented by exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Preferred qualities include an entrepreneurial mindset and experience overseeing cross-sectoral portfolios.
