Job Description
Starfield Montessori School is looking for a dedicated, friendly, and proactive Human Resource Manager to enhance our school’s operations through effective personnel management. The ideal candidate will showcase excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to staff development and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Supporting staff development through training and performance evaluations.
- Addressing employee concerns and promoting overall well-being.
