Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and direct workshop staff activities.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage and report on workplace incidents effectively.
- Source and provide quotes for required materials and supplies.
- Conduct quality assurance on completed work.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of workshop tools.
Qualifications:
- OND or SSCE with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
