JOB SUMMARY:
The underwriting support is responsible for assisting with documentation for the underwriting unit.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Underwriting Support Officer inputs the new client’s data on the IBS and generates a Loan ID.
- Ensure successful take-up and management of all booked loan applications.
- Successfully manage client expectations throughout the application wait period by constantly keeping applicants informed.
- Closely monitor the application process to the point of disbursal.
Actively keep records of successfully consummated requests (TAT, disbursed amount, tenor etc)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communicator; Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Experience of relationship development with people at all levels, internally and externally.
0-1 year post NYSC
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Remuneration: N120,00-150,00
