Job Description
SEA-FAJ CONSULTS is actively looking for a committed Hotel Operator to join our team in Ilaro, Ogun State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, handling phone calls, and supporting front desk operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include answering phone calls, providing detailed hotel information, assisting guests during the check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring effective communication between guests and various departments. We require applicants to have a minimum of an SSCE certificate, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in handling administrative tasks efficiently.
