Oris Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic Market Development Manager to enhance our team. This pivotal role involves driving sales performance and increasing brand visibility across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring comprehensive brand coverage.
- Analyze daily and monthly sales metrics to gauge performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to the sales team.
- Manage stock levels and oversee financial reconciliation with distributors.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND degree.
- Exceptional quantitative and communication abilities.
- Proficient in mobile applications.
