Job Description
Ofada Heaven is looking for a committed Loan Recovery Agent to join our team. In this position, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Debt Collection: Contacting debtors to assess payment statuses.
- Account Management: Accurately tracking and updating assigned accounts.
- Negotiation: Setting up repayment plans with debtors.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of recovery activities.
- Legal Compliance: Adhering to all regulations regarding loan recovery.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks within the loan portfolio.
- Customer Education: Advising customers on the consequences of repayment.
