Your key responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and promptly addressing guest inquiries. Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in a relevant field and prior customer service experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer systems are essential for this position.
