Job Description
Elocuencia Consulting is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer for a full-time, on-site role located in Ogba, Lagos, within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with a strong familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). A comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations is also essential. Candidates residing near Oregun, Lagos are highly preferred.
The monthly compensation for this position is ₦100,00.00.
